"Van was very quick and responsive.   The whole process took 3 days.  We were very satisfied with the service in the beginning.  I need to mention that our floors were in horrible shape with multiple holes throughout the house.  He closed the holes and did patching work. But after the job was done and we got into the house we noticed a number of issues.  Living room floor had some areas where the polish wasn't spread evenly and it dried out in lumps. It looked like somebody spilled something on our floors (it was basically lumps of dry polish).
Upstairs floors were not evenly sanded and we still have large cracks between the boards that were not filled in.   Some parts are still pretty rough that i scratched my feel just by walking on the floor.  I must admit that the floors were in had condition,  and seemed like Van's crew didn't want to take their time to fix some old boards.
Price was good and he was very quick, but I am not sure if I will hire him again.  I might do it if I have better floors to begin with.

The only criticism or feedback that I can give is that they 2 empty bottles in my kitchen floor. They probably forgot to pick it up on their way out and I didn't notice til way after they left.

"I was pretty happy at first but when I started seeing things he didn t do. He didn t move my floor lamp and vacuum in that space . It s. Not heavy and obviously can see it needs to be done. I do no think he did anything to the front bedroom.. my point is I want a housekeeper that will clean under things that are not heavy ."

"I tore the left mirror off my 2003 toyota Corella car.  I was so very upset after the accident and Tory on Angie's List.  I call Tory.
Tory helped me by talking with me for sometime.  He told me that it would take him about one hour to replace the mirror.  He order the part and called me when it came to his shop.  I was so nervous driving on the highway to Tory shop but before I left home,  Tory talked to me and calmed me down before I left home.  Working with Tory and his men was a good expierence and I would recommend him to any and everyone that needs car body work.  The fact is that I have already recommended his business to two other people.
