When Paula arrived we discussed my priorities. They were the 3 bathrooms (one was especially in rough shape) and the kitchen. I told her anything else would be bonus as far as I was concerned. They did a great job with the bathrooms and the kitchen, and on top of that vacuumed the living/dining room, hallway & stairs, and mopped the tile floor in my family room. Update (Feb 11 2016)
Bill came back to finish up his previous work and put in the crown molding. He was just as awesome as before. If I ever have any more work that I need done I will be scheduling another day. I'm not sure what else Bill does, but he seemed pretty knowledgeable and I highly recommend him."
