"Jojo was amazing! She was very friendly and attended to my needs. I had one issue with the pricing (I was told the service would cost one price, but it was more when the job was completed). I would totally recommend them and use them again!"

"I met Troy (the owner) for an estimate.  He explained in detail the work that was to be performed.  He even recommended wetsanding and buffing the scratches on the front bumper as opposed to completely repainting the bumper, which would obviously cost more.  When I called Troy to schedule the work, I was able to bring my car in the next day.  The repairs were professionally done and turned out great.

"They were awesome!  Arrived on time, did all the work agreed upon and then some, were very neat and clean in the process and a little bonus was that they were all very nice and polite.  Great price as well.  Would hire again."

"All went well. Aquarius showed up and completed work as scheduled and was flexible around my work schedule since I lived in the city and did not want to leave my home full on accessible at the time. The options afforded me as to stain color was also supported by his experience and product knowledge and durability."

Buffing and Polishing questions, answered by experts

The frequency for sealing granite countertops depends on several factors, including the type of sealant used, the color of the granite, and how heavily the countertops are used. As a general guideline, resealing is often recommended every 12 to 18 months, but some sources suggest it could be as often as every few months or at least once a year.

The type of sealant is a major factor: water-based sealants may need reapplication every six months to a year, while more durable solvent-based sealants can last for five to 10 years. Additionally, factors like heavy kitchen traffic, frequent use of acidic cleaners, and lighter granite colors may require more frequent sealing to prevent staining.

To determine if your countertops need resealing, you can perform a simple water test. Place a few drops of water or a wet paper towel on an inconspicuous area of the granite. After 10 to 15 minutes, check the spot. If the water has beaded up, the seal is still intact. If the water has been absorbed and darkened the stone, it's time to apply a new coat of sealant. You can choose to seal the granite yourself or hire a professional to ensure it's done correctly.

No, you cannot use vinegar to polish marble. It is too acidic for cleaning or polishing and can etch the surface. Instead, opt for non-acidic cleaners made specifically for marble. Follow the manufacturer’s directions to ensure proper application and to protect the marble. However, a damp mop can be an effective marble cleaner when used appropriately and as long as moisture is immediately soaked up.

To clean stone tiles, first sweep or vacuum to remove dirt particles. Use a mild, pH-neutral detergent and warm water to mop. Be careful not to use acidic cleaning solutions, such as vinegar and lemon juice, which can damage the surface.

When cleaning your patio, you’ll need to ensure the chemicals you use aren’t harsh enough to destroy the seal or stones. You can clean the stones with a mixture of white vinegar and water or soapy water and a scrub brush. Just be sure not to use wire brushes, as these can scratch the surface.

Unfortunately, the product Bar Keepers Friend won’t remove etching from stone countertops. In fact, it can make it worse. Bar Keepers Friend contains oxalic acid, which can cause further damage to natural stones like marble or limestone.
