A couple things that really stood out was when I asked for their input on certain decisions, they offered honest responses. They weren't afraid to let me know why a certain idea would or wouldn't work. And then we worked together to make final decisions. Another thing was on occasion, Davin would have me come check colors, or the look of something before they got too far, to ensure I was happy. If something needed tweaking, they didn't hesitate.
