He sent a text with the time of his arrival. He was pleasant and on time. He went into my crawlspace and inspected the crack in the wall and stated I had nothing to worry about. He was very knowledgeable about the foundation and itâ  s structure. He explain to me how I could fix the superficial settling crack and save a bunch of money. "Mike (Cambria Constuction) and his men did an overall outstanding job replacing our patio in a difficult location on our property. HIs price to do the jib was right too. The only thing I wish they had done differently was to make sure the concrete did not stain the bottoms of our trim and siding. It was taped and plastic sheeting was in place but did not stay due to not enough tape a on a windy day. We would DEFINITELY hire Cambria Construction Services again!"
