"All went very well - Mr. Cicala and Asst., both very efficient, courteous, prompt...and I might add kind. Mr. Cicala removed grid from upper window, washed window, replaced grid. beyond the call I'd say. My call was returned promptly, the time promised ..and they were at the door! This window job requires knowledge--and that he and his asst. have. Others have looked at the job, so know this is true.
