Mark will do a great job selling and installing blinds. If there are future issues with your blinds while they are under warranty, he will not reply to your emails, calls or text messages. I've tried to get a repair for close to a year and had to contact Hunter Douglas directly. He wouldn't even respond after Hunter Douglas contacted Mark and spoke with him and he said that he would contact me that day. They ultimately had to refer me to another dealer. Fortunately, Hunter Douglas stands behind their products and have been helpful in resolving the issue.

Mark came to us during our move. He put up with the insanity of the movers, our dogs, the cable guy and us being in general disarray. He was professional and measured our windows quickly and gave us an estimate on the spot. 2 weeks later he came to the house and had all the blinds up in less than 2 hours. He used the top brand of blinds, Hunter Douglas, which are fantastic. He did a fantastic job installing them and even had solutions for our front porch! I would definitely recommend him going forward and would not hesitate to use him again. He is reliable and professional.

Very responsive to returning calls, estimate done in a very timely manner. Prices seemed very good. Mark was very professional. I'll be honest most times people don't call back or never show up but not this guy. Very happy with his work ethics!
