Fantastic! James responded quickly to our call. He was pleasant and extremely knowledgeable. We needed an exterior vent cover replaced which was challenging because the old vent cover had cracked and was still attached to the inner duct. James did an excellent job. He removed the old cover and cleaned the area so that the new cover fit perfectly. Also, he noticed that the condensation hose to our HVAC system needed caulking, so he cleaned up the old caulk and applied fresh caulk - beautiful job!!! If you need work done - do not hesitate? call James Forrest!!! Thank you, James! We?ll be calling you again!!

I always like to support local family owned businesses. They responded promptly to my request for a quote with a detailed explanation of the work to be done. They scheduled and completed the work in a timely manner. They were friendly and easy to talk to, answering all my questions I would definitely recommend them.

My husband and I hired James Forest Contracting to fix our roof after having storm damage. They were on average $300 cheaper than their competitors and also more personable than other companies we reached out to. They came to us to look at the damage and talk to us when others only wanted pictures of the damage. We hired them on a Monday and they were here by Friday (before more storms came) repairing the three areas of damage that we could see from the ground. I word it like that because when they got up there they noticed more shingles turned up, tree limbs that were on our roof that we couldnâ t necessarily see, and a clogged gutter. They fixed the damage that we hired them for but they also fixed all the turned up shingles, trimmed the tree limbs back away from the roof, and cleared a clogged gutter at no extra cost to us. We will definitely hire them again and recommend them to others.

James and father were wonderful to work with. Did a great detailed job. Went above and beyond on both jobs the painting and powerwashing. Will hire again on future projects. Great communication too. Highly recommend. Thank you

I received a call within 10 minutes of posting on Home Advisor. We scheduled an appointment for the next morning and Jim and his dad arrived right on time. Jim looked at the work and gave me a very reasonable estimate and began the work immediately after going to get the proper roofing tiles. Work was completed quickly and to my total satisfaction. Both Jim and his dad are personable, reliable (which is very important to me), professional and very experienced with this type of work. I give them an A+ all around and would highly recommend them to anyone.
