All components were replaced with the latest and efficiently working parts available. The unit was restored to operational status. Mike even [painfully] removed the frozen-in-place Church Seat toilet seat [very labor intensive] and installed a new color-matched composite seat unit. First class job."

I was not there, my daughter was. So be warned - part of the bill said $360 - to lay down drop cloth, open hole in drywall, and sweep up. I called them 3 times, and sent an email, no one would call me back, this was before I posted anything negative - so be warned. CWO"
