"Surpassed my expectations. Prior to Sherman coming out (who installed the geothermal unit) there were 4 different people who came out to look at the unit over a period of 5 weeks. No one could figure it out. It was very frustrating as well as financially draining. I had a $500 electric bill & prior to that a $400 bill that caused me to look at my thermostat which was running on emergency heat only. My landlord called Sherman and asked for the best employee to come look at it. They sent over Matt. He was very friendly & conscientious as well as thoroughly explaining everything to me. It turned out to be a bad pressure switch which he took care of. He also told me to let him know if the problem persisted & he would then come back out. The problem was resolved. I am very grateful that I will not have another $500 electric bill and very appreciative of Matt at Sherman for being knowledgeable in the geothermal unit (Climate Master)."
