"The Delaware Plumbing Professionals (DPP) that installed my products were Ryan and Anthony. I was very happy with the products and services provided to me. Here are things I want to express in no particular order. 1. Ryan/Anthony were on time. 2. They answered all of my questions. 3. I feel good knowing that my water hardness has decreased and the amount of chlorine in my water is less. (Artesian adds a lot of chlorine.) 4. I now get suds when I shampoo my hair. 5. My water tastes better. 6. I don't get orange rings in my toilet. 7. Ryan/Anthony are nice guys and a pleasure to talk to. 8. I was not pressured into buying anything. 9. "Poseidon responded to my request within minutes of entering g the request. They were able to provide and appointment within 2 days for this non emergency faucet installation. They came out to provide a quote but were able to allocate time to do the installation. That was great. Zack the technician was knowledgeable, friendly and informative. They were higher than other internet only quotes but the response was well worth the price. The other companies quoted rates without seeing the job. It's not clear that they would honor the internet quote. The 4 stars is based strictly on the price. They were in the range for the job I saw on the internet. All in all a good experience."

"My heat pump which had been installed 2 years ago by FH Furr suddenly stopped working Sunday afternoon. With the heat warnings in effect, I knew I needed help, FAST! Blair arrived this morning abd diagnosed the issue and replaced the condensation pump. These new "smart" systems have more brains than some humans!! When the pump failed, it shut down the entire system. However, Blair had the old school know-how and work ethic to get my system back online and back to normal. I have seen a nice change in technicians in the last 2 years and am always pleased to have them come out and fix any issues I may have. Keep up the good work!!"
