"Poseidon responded to my request within minutes of entering g the request. They were able to provide and appointment within 2 days for this non emergency faucet installation. They came out to provide a quote but were able to allocate time to do the installation. That was great. Zack the technician was knowledgeable, friendly and informative. They were higher than other internet only quotes but the response was well worth the price. The other companies quoted rates without seeing the job. It's not clear that they would honor the internet quote. The 4 stars is based strictly on the price. They were in the range for the job I saw on the internet. All in all a good experience."

After we spent a ton of money remediation the resulting mold, we had to figure out how to prevent more groundwater from making it's way inside. We got an estimate from one company, but it became clear that they didn't know the real source of the water. Jay was very friendly, he explained what the problem was and had a clear cut plan to resolve the issue. Instead Jay called me within 30 minutes and took the time to answer my questions. We really appreciated it and it made me sure that we made the right choice. Since the repair, we've had a few storms and everything has held up. The next big test will be when we power wash the house, but with Best Buy's phenomenal warranty, I am not worried. Finally, the crew that did the work were great. They cleaned up when they were done and Hamilton (Hammy) made sure to run through things with us. He was also very sweet to my elderly mother."

"We have been working with Affordable for a couple of years now. To put it lightly, we have the basement from hell. When they arrived, we had some water in the basement and they quoted us based on their normal pricing. Once the concrete came up, we couldn't believe what we were dealing with. It is a constant flow of water that required two sump pits and an insane amount of work to install our drainage system. Every time they tried to dig a pit it would backfill with sand and water- they had to dig this up painstakingly- foot by foot. We thought for sure we were in for additional costs, but they stuck by the original estimate. Since then, any time we have had an issue or a question, they are quick to answer. Poor Kelly and Bobby probably recognize our number on the caller ID but whenever we make a call or send an email, we always get a response- usually with a visit on the same day. We highly recommend this company for their honesty, customer service, and quality work."
