He replaced 2 bathroom faucets, the intake lines, replaced a shutoff valve at the kitchen sink and cleared a slow draining bathroom sink. "Poseidon responded to my request within minutes of entering g the request. They were able to provide and appointment within 2 days for this non emergency faucet installation. They came out to provide a quote but were able to allocate time to do the installation. That was great. Zack the technician was knowledgeable, friendly and informative. They were higher than other internet only quotes but the response was well worth the price. The other companies quoted rates without seeing the job. It's not clear that they would honor the internet quote. The 4 stars is based strictly on the price. They were in the range for the job I saw on the internet. All in all a good experience."
