They came out to provide a quote but were able to allocate time to do the installation. That was great. Zack the technician was knowledgeable, friendly and informative. They were higher than other internet only quotes but the response was well worth the price. The other companies quoted rates without seeing the job. It's not clear that they would honor the internet quote. The 4 stars is based strictly on the price. They were in the range for the job I saw on the internet. All in all a good experience."

Blair arrived this morning abd diagnosed the issue and replaced the condensation pump. These new "smart" systems have more brains than some humans!! When the pump failed, it shut down the entire system. However, Blair had the old school know-how and work ethic to get my system back online and back to normal.
