Some companies wanted to sell me an entire new roof, one without even bothering to go up and check the condition of the shingles or whether the roof was the actual cause. Callaway came by promptly and quickly determined that it was not in fact the roof but rather windows (improperly installed by the prior owner) that were the issue. He gave me a variety of options for fixing, and just as importantly did not try to upsell me a roof I don't need (yet). Communication was excellent throughout the process and he was very professional at all time. When we do need a new roof in a handful of year, he'll be the first call."

"I would give ten stars if I could. I used Atlantic Contractors about a year ago for a project and loved it ! I hired them back to complelty re-do my bathroom and it's subflooring because there were some soft spots in the floor and trouble with old/leaky plumbing. I am over the moon with the results. Brent and his team have adapted quickly to any obstacle that may arise and know exactly what to do to fix it, especially doing work in an older house like mine, because you never really know what you're getting into until you pull up the floor and take down the walls. They came across old & dead mold behind the walls and took it upon themselves to treat with enzymes, wipe and let dry with a dehumidifier. I was impressed ! The final cost came in $300 less that their original estimate because Brent said they didn't have to remove and re-install my vanity, so that was a very nice surprise ! I'd recommend them any time and look forward to them doing my next project !"

"Lane Roofing did a fabulous job. Shawn the estimator took the time to listen, and was true to his word from the beginning. He was the first on the job and the last to leave. We had concerns with potential debris in the walk up floored attic, and he even brought plastic sheeting to cover everything upstairs. Otto and the 5 crew members worked from 7:30 am to after 5pm to get it all done in one day. They spent a lot of time in preparation before starting roof removing and even more time playing cleanup with magnets for any loose nails and metal debris. Our fish ponds and railroad were extremely well protected and cared for. Thank you, thank you for peace of mind with a job well done for a Veteran family. We will never forget.
