Some companies wanted to sell me an entire new roof, one without even bothering to go up and check the condition of the shingles or whether the roof was the actual cause. Callaway came by promptly and quickly determined that it was not in fact the roof but rather windows (improperly installed by the prior owner) that were the issue. He gave me a variety of options for fixing, and just as importantly did not try to upsell me a roof I don't need (yet).
