However, only standup companies own up to an issue and get it resolved immediately with no hassle to the customer. Yesterday, a few weeks after the installation I was testing the system manually. Not being tech savvy I had a few questions about the system. Since it was a Sunday I figured that I’d leave a message and someone would get back with me the next business day. Nope. Chase picked the phone on the first ring. I would highly recommend Chase and his team. They are Top quality professionals. "
