"We were extremely happy with the process from beginning to end. We had several other companies come out and we saw a difference right away with the inspector's approach and knowledge. Since we've never done this type of project before we didn't know what to expect from the crew during the installation. The foreman showed up on time as scheduled and was very considerate of our situation. They helped me cover up some of our stored items to protect it from dust installed a full drain system around the perimeter or our basement and made it look easy to jack hammer and haul out so much concrete and debris. Within 3 days our basement was fully restored and dry again. Since then we've had several heavy rain storms and we couldn't be happier with how everything works just like the inspector originally showed us. Definitely a 5 star operation and relieved when I didn't get a really high price at first then lower prices each time I said I'd think about it.
