The owner of Kennascapes told us it would take one maybe 2 days to complete our fence install. But after two days, the fence was still not completed and the fenceline on one side was over my property line. The owner was working on installing the final fence post on one side. He dug a huge hole and out of nowhere, he decided to get into his truck and leave. He left a huge hole in my yard along with a large gap between the fence panels where the final post was to be placed. He also left 2 fence posts on the curb in front of my house. We had to cover the huge hole in the yard and apply a makeshift partition to cover the gap left between the two fence panels. We also had to bring the two posts from the curb and put into the yard for safe keeping. We repeatedly called and texed the Kennascapes owner but to no avail. He never responded. He just left us high and dry. The fifth day, a person who works with the owner of Kennascapes called and told us they would come and complete the fence install and make the necessary adjustments on the fence placement. It was a lot of hard work to dig up the misplaced fence posts and realign the fence correctly back onto my property. In all it took a couple more days to complete the fence install and make the necessary adjustments, about a week after start of install. The owner of Kennascapes never responded to our calls/texts again, except to send us an invoice for balance due after the fence install was completed and necessary adjustments were made, no thanks to him. I am so happy to see that Home Advisor has removed this company from being matched with those looking for reputable pros for contract projects. We wanted to tell about our experience so others will not have to go through a bad experience the way we did. Also, we learned that the lowest price quote may not always be the best factor when deciding what pro to choose for a project.

This has been awful. We read reviews posted here and every other site we could find. Not a single complaint. He came for the estimate promptly, had brochures, priced very well, and invoiced in a seemingly professional manner. It ended there. They were late to start the work. We had to chase them to even get arrival times. The work they actually did is horribly done - no evidence of knowledge of basic fencing principals. Post heights are uneven, and spacing between them is uneven. The fence is installed on the wrong side, installed above the level of the posts, broken and bent, and attached to the neighbors fence - an absolute NO. Since discovering the issues, the owner has refused to respond to calls, emails, and texts. I've offered reasonable resolution, and again, no response. Do. Not. Hire them.

They resanded the joints in my paver patio and sealed the pavers. Over the last 5 years I have had numerous companies/people do the same thing and none of them got it done the correct way. KennaScapes made my patio look new again. I am so pleased with the results and the professionalism.

They did an excellent job with the fencing they installed around my property. It is beautiful. They put a railing on my front porch and stairs, and it was done perfectly. They also did my concrete driveway. They got the job finished to my approval, despite their concrete supplier having been several hours late in delivering the concrete. They always returned my phone calls, and kept me informed on their progress. Yes, I would hire them again.

My new patio, walkways and steps are beautiful. Mike and his crew worked hard to get my project done and done correctly.
