During the process, Mike kept me in the loop as to what he was doing. In fact, he put down three different stains for me to decide which one I thought would look the best. "My washer overflowed into the bathroom which led to the hallway and 1 bedroom. What a mess!! This was considered an emergency because we did not want mold and mildew to form. I told Geroge I would be home by 5:00 and he was there by 5:15. He spent 4 hours extracting the water, cleaning, and adding an anti-mildew chemical to my carpets. He is very courteous and dedicated to the customer, I will absolutely have him back to clean my carpets and linoleum."
