Yes - he is short on the phone, he gets flustered with too much opinion or questions - but if everyone puts on their big boy pants and focuses on the output - you will be more than happy. His crew CRANKS out the work - no lollygagging - Dixon is there at the beginning and a few drive bys, and at the end. I have no problem with that - again, focus on a beautifully completed project and know that he isn't Dale Carnegie - I wanted a beautiful patio, walkways and hardscaping at a great price - I got that.
