"We hired Jim Lockhart to design and construct our old run down screened porch and make it into a 3 season porch. Jim used excellent communication skills and computer technology to design,explain, and show pictures of the finished product. His 40 plus years of experience were evident when he went over the progress of the project. Cost factor of the project was reasonable and fair. He also, put in two new storm doors and did and excellent job selecting and installing the doors. Jim and his crew go out of their way to make you satisfied. "I have used Danny at least 10 times. He remodeled an investment property I purchased and did carpentry, flooring , some electrical and plumbing. His work is EXCEPTIONAL and he has the strongest attention to details. His carpentry skills are next level, he rebuilt a stairwell and raised a roof as well. Very trustworthy guy, and did a lot of the work for me with no supervision as the property was in another state. Never had any issues and he sent pictures of the work daily. Additionally after the work was completed I started using him in my personal home in pa and he did flooring/ tile and built shelving, installed toilets and sinks and built a bar in my basement. All the work was great! Prices are very fair !!"
