"Bob was very friendly and knowledgeable. We have had issues with our gas fireplace since it was installed by the builder. There was a very bad odor that kept us from using the fireplace, and it was very drafty too. Bob identified the problem right away. He inspected the fireplace, added some insulation to it and cleaned it.  
He gave us instructions about what to expect regarding the odor, a description of what different odors mean and told us to call him if the problem persists.

The crew arrived promptly and was courteous and honest. Initially they quoted me $800.00 to repair the holes in the smoke stack liner however, they found it needed less work and charged me half the initial estimate. I wouldn't have known it was less work if they didn't tell me. They easily could have charged me more but they were honest. I will recommend them to everyone and use use them for all our fireplace needs. A great company with honest values."
