Jack of All Trades, Inc.

At the beginning of December, after a phone call, technician should up and looked at my 2 fireplaces and said that he needed to order some parts. He indicated that I would receive a proposal on what the repairs would cost. I wanted this done for the holidays. It has been over a month, and I have yet to receive a proposal or even hear from anyone at Jack of all Trades. I have called at least 6 times and get nothing but a voice mail. I received an invoice in the amount of $250.00 for his first visit and the lady that that I did talk to about the invoice said that it would be, if they did the job, credited to my account. I'm extremely frustrated that I can't even talk to anyone at this company. I contacted another company, and they have been extremely responsive. I was able to talk to a live person and they have repaired my fireplaces. The Jack of All Trades has the guts to follow up, asking about the payment of their $250.00 invoice. They just lost this customer!

Brian Called and arrived on time, was very courteous and taught me a few safety features I didn't Know about my Yotul Gas Stoves . I was busy on the phone with a customer of my own. Brian, fixed, the stove that was not working. then cleaned and inspect the both stoves. He was careful to not leave any mess at all. Every tradesman should take a lesson from Jack of all Trades Inc.

Glen was the only gentleman who actually found the source of my problem and led to resolution.

Jack of All Trades performed an excellent job through Owen, a true craftsman, in designing and constructing for our living room custom cabinets, hearth and mantel for a fireplace, entertainment center and book shelves, as well as designing appropriate complimentary granite slabs tops and floors. We have received so many comments from guests to our home about the old-school craftsmanship.

The company called and was very courteous and told me the names of the men who would be coming. They were so personable and professional! They answered all of our questions and more! Jack of All Trades will be our go to company!!!!

These men were so very helpful and gave excellent advice regarding our chimney and let me know what other services they offer too and gave me a card. Can't say enough! I will be using this company again very soon.

They were prompt, courteous, told us our chimney did not need to be cleaned, performed an inspection, and adjusted our fee accordingly. Appreciated their honesty and professionalism! Gave us a quote for fixing a problem in future. I would hire them again.

Their bid was less than half of another bid I got. They were able to schedule the job within a couple weeks ( I hate to be without that fireplace), showed up on time, did the job quickly and very neatly. We've had a couple of fires and it seems the firebox works just fine.

We had a time constraint for inspections on house we are purchasing. Even though they were very busy, they managed to schedule us . They were very cooperative and pleasant to deal with.
