"Our plumbing technician was Ryan Carmean of Delaware Plumbing Professionals. He provided excellent customer service. He looked at a variety of plumbing issues in our house. He answered all our questions. After assessing the issues and the repairs needed, he promptly repaired them. One item on our list appeared to be disintegrating wax toilet rings on several toilets. We appreciated that he explained that the rings did not require replacement but rather the issue was simply that the toilet caulking had turned black/brown. He showed us how to clean it up. Besides repairing our leaking and running toilet, he also repaired several items in our bathtub. We will definitely ask for Ryan for any future plumbing problems.
