"Two men arrived, introduced themselves, I explained what was to be done as they walked around the house with me, taking pictures. They then told me what they would do, began working and were done in 1 hour and 15 minutes, then told me to feel the carpet, which was very damp, but said that in a couple of hours it would be dry enough to put furniture back. I waited 4 1/2 hours and the carpet was dry. I was VERY satisfied with their professionalism, the work that they did and their courtesy."

Reached out to Garth based on numerous positive reviews to have bedroom carpet cleaned as well as a heavily trafficked family room. Quick response and excellent communication. Provided detailed and honest assessment of service he provides, set realistic expectation and provided estimate. Flexible and quick scheduling. Excellent results in both rooms. He didn't take any short cuts; moved and cleaned under furniture. After cleaning ,the guest bedroom, you would never know there was any water stains. The family room, the carpeting is about 20 year old, but after the cleaning looked as if we had new carpeting installed. Highly recommended and will definitely use him in the future to clean our carpeting."
