"Two men arrived, introduced themselves, I explained what was to be done as they walked around the house with me, taking pictures. They then told me what they would do, began working and were done in 1 hour and 15 minutes, then told me to feel the carpet, which was very damp, but said that in a couple of hours it would be dry enough to put furniture back. I waited 4 1/2 hours and the carpet was dry. I was VERY satisfied with their professionalism, the work that they did and their courtesy."

He not only did the work but explained the difference of my wool carpets construction compared to high end oriental rugs. The work went smoothly and he Scotch guarded the carpet as well.
