The crew works from 8-5 or 6 every day until they are done. They are very accommodating for any requests or modifications. They are very skilled and honest about their work. "D&C was great, they were very quick and relatively clean. They showed us what they were doing along the process and were very transparent. The only things that we had some issue with was the initial glass installed had chips along the edges which were not caught until I pointed it out after they were installed. There was also some misalignment in the molding around the cut out for shampoo/soap as well as an excessive amount of caulk that was on this molding as well. There was also caulk that was on the glass as well. Overall they did a really good job, but there was definitely some detail that was missed"

"Our plumbing technician was Ryan Carmean of Delaware Plumbing Professionals. He provided excellent customer service. He looked at a variety of plumbing issues in our house. He answered all our questions. After assessing the issues and the repairs needed, he promptly repaired them. One item on our list appeared to be disintegrating wax toilet rings on several toilets. We appreciated that he explained that the rings did not require replacement but rather the issue was simply that the toilet caulking had turned black/brown. He showed us how to clean it up. Besides repairing our leaking and running toilet, he also repaired several items in our bathtub. We will definitely ask for Ryan for any future plumbing problems. He was the consumate professional providing friendly, knowledgeable and honest customer service."
