"Mike showed up on time, was extremely knowledgeable about the issues regarding my roof, and provided many recommendations. As a newer home owner that has luckily not had to make these calls before, Mike's professionalism and ability to describe the issues in a way I could understand could not be appreciated more. He had a positive attitude and even laughed at my jokes... While I was beyond impressed with the detail and assistance provided, I was not able to use them at this time.
