They inserted smaller windows into the old window frames(less light in the house). So now we have old cracked visible window frames. Silicone seals were not replaced. I knocked one star off of my 'customer service' rating for the following reasons: First, he asked me if I had any caulk he could use (which I did, and which I offered him, but I think this should have been HIS responsibility, since it's something that a contractor should expect to bring with him to do the job, not something that you need to rely on the customer to supply (unlike the actual door, for example). Secondly, he asked if I had a caulk gun that he could use (which I did, but again, shouldn't the contractor be expected to bring caulk and a caulk gun to a job site where he knows he will need it?). And thirdly, he asked if I had a hacksaw that he could use to cut the molding (which I did, and which which I offered to him, but again . . . .).
