I/we do a professional job and we do above and over we don’t leave until you’re satisfied. "The provider was late. I understand that problems arise. But a call would have been nice. We had area rugs cleaned in the living room, dining room, family room, dinette area and some runners. The process was extremely fast. But the carpets were soaked. It took 3 days for them to dry and we ended up having to put the runners outside and in the garage to get them dry. We were worried about the hardwood floors under the area rugs being damaged from so much water.
We have done the carpets ourselves in the past with a rental machine. Within 3-4 hours the rugs were dry to the touch and cleaner. As it stands, many of the stain areas seem worse now, only 4 months later.
I would not use them again.

"Michelle at Premier did a great job of educating me on how to care for my 20+-year-old leather coat, on what needed to be done to renew it, and cleaned it so it was almost like new. She also took over cleaning a fine Italian wool jacket I sent her, and even found buttons to replace ones on the sleeve that had fallen off She's professional, prompt, and gets the job done! I have no worries when I send my clothes to her in Calif from Wyoming (because we have no comparable specialty cleaners here)."
