"by the way, we were informed by the customer that the sofa had the stain in it for several years along with a rip in it. she stated that her husband would lay his head on it after coming home from work and the sweat and oil from his hair damaged the love seat along with the rip. I informed her that we would do our best and she agreed on the cost estimate. The customer sent me photos of the stain and pointed out the rip before her love seat was serviced. she sent me photos by text. of before and after cleaning and the rip is shown along with the stain that would not come out. upon leaving after service the stain was gone until it dried. once dry the stain was still there. I was sent photos by the customer. She then demanded a full refund. We cleaned not only the stain but also the entire love seat. the travel time was 1 hour one way. being that it is a leather couch with a stain that is years old this is to be expected for the stain being there for so long on soft leather. we used soft leather cleaner on the Love Seat. I have emailed the before and after photos."
