I needed a gas line removed and a duct vent relocated in my laundry room, zoom drain came, assessed the job and gave me a reasonable price to fit the job. "DO NOT USE THIS COMPANY. My wife called them because we had two showers that were clogged. They initially wanted to charge $1500 to snake two drain lines. After speaking with a manager, they came down to $779 "to earn our business" but then the plumber it took them less than an hour to complete the task. Would not do a time and materials. This level of price gouging should be reported to the better business bureau. There are other companies that will clean your drains for far less. We should have stuck with our normal plumber."

"AWFUL! Messina Plumbing & Heating was hired as a sub contractor through Garrison Homes to install plumbing fixtures I provided as well as install new HVAC systems in a home I owned. Doors were left wide open in the middle of winter with the heat on while the guys went to lunch, the drains weren't installed properly and caused damage to the walls and floors in the lower level, and they refused to provide documentation that repair work was completed nearly causing the buyers to lose the property. The owner, Charlie Messina, claims he stands behind his work but does not!!! His guys left a mess every time they were at my property and I got billed by the contractor for cleaning it up...repeatedly! I would NEVER recommend Charles Messina's companies!!!"
