"He was right on time got to work, answered my questions and was very knowledgeable. We just moved into this house, and not familiar with all the workings. While he was looking around he found an open gas line that could have exploded. He capped the line off for us and I am eternally grateful for that."

"I have used Danny at least 10 times. He remodeled an investment property I purchased and did carpentry, flooring , some electrical and plumbing. His work is EXCEPTIONAL and he has the strongest attention to details. His carpentry skills are next level, he rebuilt a stairwell and raised a roof as well. Very trustworthy guy, and did a lot of the work for me with no supervision as the property was in another state. Never had any issues and he sent pictures of the work daily. Additionally after the work was completed I started using him in my personal home in pa and he did flooring/ tile and built shelving, installed toilets and sinks and built a bar in my basement. All the work was great! Prices are very fair !!"

"It went great. Cogswell spent plenty of time trying to determine why we were not getting proper air flow upstairs. He reviewed the installation manual and was able to determine that it was because the unit wasn't properly set right for the proper air flow. He was then able to correct the problem. We're no longer sweating upstairs in our house. Great job."
