Steve was very responsive to my inquiry and understood my concern about the plants that surround the house. I live in a house with mature plantings and other companies have damaged the plants with the cleaning solution and the power of the pressure washer. Steve assured me he would rinse off all washing solution from the plants and they would not be damaged. I was not home when they started but was there for the majority of the work and Steve and his associate were careful  of the plants and did wash off all solution---the plants are fine with no chemical scald at all. Another thing Steve did was scrub the aluminum (and there is a lot) and got it clean. Other providers said that they would charge more if they had to scrub the aluminum. Steve's price was lower than other estimates and I was extremely happy with him, his company and the quality of the work. I have and will continue to recommend him to neighbors and family.

"This past September I had a small incident in my upstairs bathroom and my toilet overfilled and dumped water all over the floor. Since my tile is was laid all the way back in the 90s I've had quite a few cracks on them, through which water sipped through by the time I got to it. Few days later I noticed that the drywall over the kitchen table ceiling began to bulk and a large yellow stain appeared. Since I knew that I did not have an active leak I figured I need to reach out to a painting company to address the area. I contacted LHI Painting and a very nice young man came out to look at the area. I thought that maybe the job would be too small for them if I only wanted the ceiling repaired so I asked to give me a quote on reprinting the walls in the room as well. The nice man actually tried to talk me out of reprinting the walls since they were worked on only several years ago and as I mentioned to him I was retired. He also mentioned that I will be receiving a 15% senior citizen discount at the end of the project which was very nice of him to mention. After getting a quote, the number I was given was low enough for me to proceed with doing the repairs and refreshing the walls. The gentleman that came out to do the project was also very pleasant and polite. He completed the project to a perfection and made perfect cuts which my last painting company did not do a very good job at. This is a great company that cares about senior citizens and does what they can to those who need it. Chivalry is existent in this company and I wish them many more years of success."

"Miguel Amaya did work on my neighbors driveway and so we inquired about doing a patio in our yard. Miguel came over gave a quote and completion time-line. He was friendly professional and extremely sincere. Its hard to find good contractors I always look for integrity, honesty, professionalism and quality. Miguel possesed all 4 qualities so we decided to go with the patio. We discussed design and paver color combination. Miguel assured me the As the project started we decided to add benches and some landscaping on the side of the house and behind the patio. Miguel and his crew were all very polite kind and thorough. The workmanship is incredible and Miguel takes pride in his work so every aspect is checked. The project came out better than I expected and I am beyond pleased. We now have an additional living space where we can entertain and host gatherings I am extremely satisfied with the patio. Its absolutely beautiful. We are going to do more work with Amaya Construction and Miguel in the near future. I HIGHLY recommend Miguel."

"I hired Dominic's Painting to paint the entire exterior of my old (1700's) colonial home in the Summer of 2017. This was a very big project and they did such a fantastic job that I hired them once again to paint (and wallpaper) the interior of my house in late 2017. "Initial estimate was 5-8 days, but we were going in blind because the siding was not yet removed. After removal, we discovered all the remaining issues. The estimate went up as we made change orders but all the estimates were reasonable. The time eventually extended to about 3 weeks but the amount of work was definitely high. The guys made sure to clean up the rubble and messes they made every day. While having the paint stripper in the front was inconvenient, Pat stayed late to clean up and make sure we were able to get in and out of the house no problem. The pointing job looked great, and all cracked and broken bricks were repaired well. We have gotten a lot of compliments from neighbors about how much better the house looks now. Pat and Ryan are great masons and will do everything relating to masonry and stone. They are very straightforward about not doing carpentry or electrical systems, so if that's a part of the job, they can either recommend someone to help out, or you should make sure to handle it yourself. Communication with Pat is very fast and very clear. He will explain the details of the job to you very carefully, and will also provide careful records of invoices and payments. They are also very accommodating of various needs like access to the house, neighborhood requirements, etc."
