Once when Tom saw something he didn't like was being done, he made the guys re-do it. They spent almost 2 weeks siding my house. When the neighbors said 'why is it taking so long', I told them it was being done right. He is great to deal with and has been helpful in recommending other contractors for different jobs. They were referred to me by another contractor who came to power-wash my siding, and noted that the roof shingles were getting brittle. I was aware of this, and had been planning to have a new roof installed in the Spring. I left a message with Paddy's on their website, and Charlie responded back to me later that evening. When Charlie arrived, he was well-prepared, presented me with copies of their business license and insurance certificate, and had already used software to measure the roof and he gave me the verbal estimate right there on the spot.
