"This past September I had a small incident in my upstairs bathroom and my toilet overfilled and dumped water all over the floor. Since my tile is was laid all the way back in the 90s I've had quite a few cracks on them, through which water sipped through by the time I got to it. Few days later I noticed that the drywall over the kitchen table ceiling began to bulk and a large yellow stain appeared. Since I knew that I did not have an active leak I figured I need to reach out to a painting company to address the area. I contacted LHI Painting and a very nice young man came out to look at the area. I thought that maybe the job would be too small for them if I only wanted the ceiling repaired so I asked to give me a quote on reprinting the walls in the room as well. The nice man actually tried to talk me out of reprinting the walls since they were worked on only several years ago and as I mentioned to him I was retired. He also mentioned that I will be receiving a 15% senior citizen discount at the end of the project which was very nice of him to mention. After getting a quote, the number I was given was low enough for me to proceed with doing the repairs and refreshing the walls. The gentleman that came out to do the project was also very pleasant and polite. He completed the project to a perfection and made perfect cuts which my last painting company did not do a very good job at. This is a great company that cares about senior citizens and does what they can to those who need it. Chivalry is existent in this company and I wish them many more years of success."

"It went well. as a matter of fact it was excellent. Me and my husband was riding by and noticed some one having work done so we pulled over and was looking at the work that was being done. We then inquired. the guy was so nice he took our address and like he said he would stop by when he had time to look at our property. He came by spoke to us and took measurements and we made arrangements with him he showed up like he said. we asked for a contract no problem he gave us one we looked over it he signed we signed and he started the work on friday, removed all the cement from our walk way came back on saturday and by sunday i got up to turn off the porch sunday morning and omg, he was out there working laying down the brick sunday afternoon what a wonderful job. me and my husband was so excited! he went over and beyond and exceeded our expectations. thank you again and can't wait to start our next project. i would highly recommend M. "I decided to replace all of the drywall in my 1st floor bathroom. It had some uneven spots on the walls from nails poking out from the drywall and several water stains on the ceiling from accidents (Grandsons) in the 2nd floor bathroom. I went on Angie's List to look for highly rated contractors and foound JA Drywall. I called them last Thursday and Juan answered the phone. I told him what I thought I needed done and asked for an estimate. He came out later that afternoon and we discussed the work. He gave me three options for the work and the price for each. I decided to go work the complete removal of all the existing drywall (Ceiling and walls) in the room, istallation of green board throughout and all spackling and sanding for a ready to paint finish.Agreed price was $800.00.  He agreed to start the following Monday.
   Monday morning his crew arrived and in less than 2 hours had removed all existing drywall and completely cleaned up the space. They then pointed out several framing issues in the room and agreed to stop work and allow me to correct these problems with a promise to returnwhen I was ready.
Tuesday morning I completed the corrections to the framing adding a couple of studs and better securing several others. I called Juan around Noon and he agreed to send his crew back the next day.
Wednesday morning thru to his word the crew arrived and within a couple of hours the room was completely rerocked and ready for taping. They called the taper and within an hour he was at the house applying the 1st layer of tape a spackle.
As agreed he came again Thursday and Friday morning and completed the spackling and sanding each time completely cleaning up after his work. The f
nished product looks great.   I need to ppoint out that everone connected with this company was friendly, polite and very professional. Yhey covered all areas with clean tarps and vacuumed all areas near where they worked.
I would highly recommend this company to anyone looking for this kind of service. They were prompt, neat and very professional refusing payment until all work was completed. A great experience.

"I hired Dominic's Painting to paint the entire exterior of my old (1700's) colonial home in the Summer of 2017.
