He not only patched and sanded a wall that a previous contractor had left in a terrible condition, he filled and sanded a ton of nail holes, repaired the nail pops on the ceiling, sealed the ceiling and walls and then painted everything. "It went well. as a matter of fact it was excellent. Me and my husband was riding by and noticed some one having work done so we pulled over and was looking at the work that was being done. We then inquired. the guy was so nice he took our address and like he said he would stop by when he had time to look at our property. He came by spoke to us and took measurements and we made arrangements with him he showed up like he said. we asked for a contract no problem he gave us one we looked over it he signed we signed and he started the work on friday, removed all the cement from our walk way came back on saturday and by sunday i got up to turn off the porch sunday morning and omg, he was out there working laying down the brick sunday afternoon what a wonderful job. me and my husband was so excited! he went over and beyond and exceeded our expectations. thank you again and can't wait to start our next project. i would highly recommend M. "Juan takes great pride in his work and that of his team, and it shows. They finished up ahead of schedule, and did a wonderful job on the project, smoothing the new drywall to existing cement board. He provided great suggestions, and had a very fair price--great price when factoring in the quality of the work. After they were finished, the house was left in a condtion that was better than when they arrived. We will be sure to contact Juan for the next project as well.
