"David is great. I'd call him again and recommend him to everyone. The project started and ended on time, even though the humidity was against us. He was on time every day and a pleasure to have in the house. Unfortunately, I talked to him a couple of times (great conversationalist) and even though I slowed him down; he plugged on in a great mode. They say you get what you pay for; I got way more than what I paid for. He wasn't the cheapest, he wasn't the most expensive and gave a veterans discounts. But the job turned out way better, then expected and turned what we had done into part of the show case of our house. He fixed holes, dents and cracks; sealed, put on 2 coats, and just made the paint sparkle (flat finish lol) If you need paint, David is the man to call."

"I have been using LHI for several years now and have always had nothing but great experiences with their painting, carpentry and tile work. I had them fully remodell 2 of our bathrooms a few weeks back and couldnt be happier. Properly spaced lines between tiles and cometely flat after checking with a level. "It went well. as a matter of fact it was excellent. Me and my husband was riding by and noticed some one having work done so we pulled over and was looking at the work that was being done. We then inquired. the guy was so nice he took our address and like he said he would stop by when he had time to look at our property. He came by spoke to us and took measurements and we made arrangements with him he showed up like he said. we asked for a contract no problem he gave us one we looked over it he signed we signed and he started the work on friday, removed all the cement from our walk way came back on saturday and by sunday i got up to turn off the porch sunday morning and omg, he was out there working laying down the brick sunday afternoon what a wonderful job. me and my husband was so excited! he went over and beyond and exceeded our expectations. thank you again and can't wait to start our next project. i would highly recommend M. "I reached Out to Mr. Alonzo on January 24th and he responded almost immediately that evening.He came out and inspected the project the following Friday morning and i had a quote that afternoon. Considering the work needed and the fact that it was a pick up of an already started project he was very detailed on the expectations and costs. His first crew was there the following Tuesday and i could immediately tell that Mr. Alonzos' people were very professional and knew exactly what they were doing. Within a week i was ready for paint in both rooms and i was extremely satisfied in the work his finisher Manuel was able to accomplish considering the deformations in the structure. Once he was done you could barely tell anything was amiss and once paint was applied the next day i was very pleased with all work. Next time i start a project Juan's company is first on my list"
