"My house was badly damaged by a water main burst and needed new floors, drywall and baseboard. We were in a tough situation living in a hotel and under a huge time constraint. All other contractors told us start dates of 4-6 weeks. Martin and his team came in within a week and worked late all weekend to get the job done for us knowing the situation. There was some damaged areas that I missed with Martin on our first walk-through and without any hesitation they fixed all additional requests I had and still finished ahead of schedule. The quality of workmanship, professionalism, and overall experience with Martin's Home Improvement was EXCELLENT! If I ever need any work again, he will 100% be the team I call. "Jim Lockhart is the best of the best. From the time we were planning our project right through completion, he was the model of precision and professionalism. While Jim owns the business, he also worked on site each and every day. Our project together included a 2nd floor master suite addition, additional bathroom remodel, new roof, siding, windows, and HVAC! Jim was always on time and showed up when he said he was. Once our project started he was there every day consistently and worked incredibly hard each day. He worked with high quality sub-contractors when necessary (roof, electrical, and plumbing) and held them to highest standard and was on site while they worked. While construction was occuring, Jim was careful to keep our house as clean as possible and took extra care to ensure my children were comfortable and safe and their home. Jim even took the time say good morning to our dog each day in an effort to make our whole family comfortable! He cleaned each and every day. He was a master communicator and walked us through each step from start to finish. Jim worked on our home for almost 6 months and he took every detail seriously every day. I would highly recommend Jim for any scale job! You would be hard pressed to find a more skilled or professional contractor!"

"Ronda came to us through our general contractor. She assisted us in selecting our cabinets, counter tops, hardware and tile. She met with us multiple times at our house to work through the cabinet design. And we met with her multiple times at her studio and the tile shop to select our counter top and tile. Always ready to help, she is knowledgeable and has innate design ability. More than that, she can explain her design choices, yet is willing to discuss alternatives and work through the design process in a collaborative manner, bringing many ideas to the table – or kitchen, as it were. She listens to her clients and was able to translate our ideas into a comprehensive design. Throughout the process Ronda worked with our contractor and with us to make certain everything came together as planned. While there were a number of minor snafus, she was always there to make certain issues were resolved and to keep the job moving ahead. Cabinets and counter tops are a significant portion of the remolding cost. Cabinet manufactures are not all that interested in dealing directly with the customer. Rather, they work through their distributors. We purchased our cabinets through Ronda who has a strong working relationship with the manufactures she deals with and can easily work out issues. "They did a great job. Joe (not Sullivan) was the painter at our house and he made sure that the ceilings  and walls were perfect. He spackled every crack to make sure it was all smooth. He showed up on time or early each day and told us what he was going to be working and worked around other contractors that we had working on the house. Joe Sullivan stopped by each day and really followed up to make sure we were happy. He even stopped by after the job was done to give us some extra ceiling paint for touch ups since my husband and I were going to be doing some other painting. For all the work they did we felt the price was very fair.

ONE day, and for a great price as well-- lower than any of the competitors. The workers were all courteous and definitely knew what they were doing. When I asked "could we do this or this" they gave honest and knowledgeable answers. I'd definitely recommend this contractor again.
