"I had my 1960s paneled and drop ceiling basement room remodeled. I cannot tell you how pleased I am at the upgrade. Along the way Gary answered many emails and calls in a timely manner, usually within the hour. He gave me updates of when certain parts of the project would be worked on and made suggests on things that I hadn’t thought about ( like replacing the drafty original windows while construction was happening). He picked out doors and ceiling fans that were perfect since I am not good at decorating. Because GJP has all their own contractors there was no wait time between the remodeling of the walls and the electrical work that needed to be done. All the workers were do polite and diligent and cleaned up the area. I cannot put into words how wonderful the whole process has been and have already given references to friends."

"We had a terrible experience with another contractor who had left us high and dry and with a massive sanitation and safety hazard on our hands. Paul and his team were able to swiftly come in and address all problems as well as highlight design/layout choices made by the previous contractors that simply didn't make sense. They repaired items that had been damaged by the previous crew, swiftly got the remodel completed, and did so all while acting in a professional and courteous manner. The price was fair for the work and both Paul and his foreman checked in repeatedly over the next few weeks after completion of the remodel to ensure that everything was still in good condition, that we were still happy with the work, and to ensure there was nothing that we failed to think of or get addressed during the project. We would absolutely hire Paul and his crew for subsequent work in the future."

"We first met Patrick Beyers in 2014 when he was partnering with our contractor on our full kitchen remodel, including updates to the attached family room and laundry. He was there almost daily for over 3 months, and we enjoyed getting to know him. His work was excellent, and his approach to us as customers was friendly, accommodating, and always professional. He always listened and offered helpful advice on design changes, products, and options. More recently, in the Fall of 2023 we wanted to update our 30-year old Master Bath. We contracted with Patrick who did an amazing job. His estimates were fair, his design allowed us to keep a few existing elements to keep costs down, and he stayed on Budget. He brought samples of products to help me make decisions (too many tile choices available), and helped us blend the new with the old. He stayed on Budget and took care of every detail. "A+++ I can't say enough good things about Nolan and the team of professionals that I dealt with from start to finish. Business agent Rob Hancock stayed in touch with me throughout the process and although he said they didn't do stucco repairs he supplied me with the gentleman I did deal with and they were exceptional ( Keiran O'Grady & Seamus - Dan-Mayo stucco, Masonary, cement contractors ). Nolan team led by coordinator Connell and job manager Suzgo Banda were excellent and always timely and professional . However the real highlight was the professionalism showed by their employees, Juan Carlos and Randy. These two gentleman along with Suzgo went above and beyond even our wildest expectation. Showing up at 7 am covering and protecting all landscaping before starting these gentlemen sanded, scraped, powerwashed, masonry sealed all surfaces. Then painted what they could applying two coats on separate days in weeks one and two. The stucco guys came in on a Tuesday and worked on fixing the stucco over the next three days putting several coats on three main areas we needed replaced. Once done Nolans team came back in and are finishing up as I type. We would highly recommend them to anyone who needs painting done inside or out as well as Dun-Mayo for reasonably priced stucco repairs. Also at the end of the job along with their survey they give each customer a $100 voucher towards their next paining project. Pretty awesome. As a footnote in our research we discovered Nolan's employees are given benefits and most have worked with them for 25 years or more. We think this is pretty amazing and as a union man helped make this decision easier."
