"Talked to a lot of companies. Mike was about as dte & real as you get. Immediately got good vibes. He sent his 2 son's out to check out my AC unit outside. I'd gotten varying opinions & estimates. Tbh, I became weary, but I figured Mike wasn't feeding me anything but what was real. His boys showed on time, extremely polite, well mannered, knowledgeable & professional. They went right to work. Found the problem without trying to sell me a bunch of extra stuff or pad the price for something it didn't need. Without hesitation, I said do it! I have to admit for 2 very young guys, they knew what they were doing. When they were done fixing my system was cranking it out & putting like a kitten. I was afraid out what my bill would be. Couldn't believe how fair & reasonable it was. No extra fees, taxes, add ons etc...EXTREMELY IMPRESSED...I definitely found a HVAC + Co on the Eastern Shore I trust and highly recommend them. "Don Lonski of Lawson Home Services came to our home to clean our dryer duct and the back of our dryer. My goodness he was absolutely wonderful. The last Teck that came refused to open the back of our dryer and clean the lint. He claimed it was not necessary to open the Flexible Vent Hose to remove all the line. After a few years our dryer was not very hot. Clothes were still damp. So, I just stopped using my dryer and hung everything on all the doors. I was afraid of a fire. Saved money on the electric bill; but I needed my dryer back. We want to tell you that Don Lonski checked everything and he said you must always remove the Flexible Vent Hose and clean in the back of the dryer. And it should be done once every year. Not only that Don Lonski went into our crawl space and found our metal duck work was improperly installed. Instead of using the metal the whole 20 feet, they used 15 feet of metal and used the Flexible Vent Hose at both ends and did a terrible job of taping as a result we had major leakage. Don Lonski said he will return when the office schedules him and he will do the job correctly. Don was very professional, ever so pleasant and extremely knowledgeable. Don Lonski really took his time to explain all the problems we had. We are so grateful that we ended up with a great guy. Please schedule Don Lonski to return to complete our job completely. "My heat pump which had been installed 2 years ago by FH Furr suddenly stopped working Sunday afternoon. With the heat warnings in effect, I knew I needed help, FAST! Blair arrived this morning abd diagnosed the issue and replaced the condensation pump. These new "smart" systems have more brains than some humans!! When the pump failed, it shut down the entire system. However, Blair had the old school know-how and work ethic to get my system back online and back to normal. I have seen a nice change in technicians in the last 2 years and am always pleased to have them come out and fix any issues I may have. Keep up the good work!!"
