"Was unable to establish blockage of sewer route from inside. Come to find out that the coduit of both home/city piping, 30yo pvc from yard was shattered to pieces from a local contractor that hanitually parked his truck on the burial site at the side of the drive. Thanked these reps for their best service allowable at the time. Took hiring an outside- literally- contractor to dig up and replace my sewer from house to street and reroute pipes of both meeting points so this was less of a future issue."

"The men worked very hard...VERY . I have nothing to compare it to but it seemed that a broader auger might have boared thru the roots more efficiently.I believe it was only 2.5 inches vs the wide variety of water jet heads which you use primarily. Nomatter....I am satisfied that my drain s open. I can't comment accurately o bang for my buck as I have nothing to compare with;however I am happy to not be mucking thru the flooded basement and compliment the fellows on their determination!"

"My only complaint is I "thought" I had a service plan but at time of service was informed my plan was not auto renewing. I understand my service plan lapse was not my technician's fault. Moving on, I thought my emergency weekend call was responsibly priced and prompt. The clog was cleared within a half hour including clean up. I was able to purchase a new service plan during this service call and will be covered moving forward. I'm very satisfied and I was able to complete my laundry and dishes without further water backup."
