Very nice job. Workmanship was great. They worked with me to provide the roof to my specifications. There was good attention to detail for the areas that needed it and the result was a fine looking roof, installed with what I feel are excellent materials made to last.

Before starting work, before we had even signed a contract, we were working with our insurance company to file a claim to cover part of the cost of this roof replacement. Without hesitation Todd came out and met with us and with our insurance adjuster to look over the roof and advocate for us to ensure that the adjuster understood what work was going to be done and which sections had been damaged by weather that would be covered under our policy.
All workers showed up on time, worked quickly and efficiently. The work that was completed was done so with great attention to detail and I am very pleased with the products and installation methods used.
After the first day of work on the project a very small leak developed due to an extended period of rain and a defect in the deck armor that had been installed before the shingles were installed. Upon noticing the problem we called Todd and he arrived at our home within 10 minutes, immediately called the supervisor for the job, they both went up on the roof that night, in the rain, and fixed the problem. He also assured us that he would complete any repairs needed due to the leak and hire a painter to fix the water stain on the ceiling.
Most important of all, every person I was in communication with, and every person working on our home, exceeded my expectations in every conceivable way throughout every step of this project. In every phone, email, and face-to-face conversation that I had with every one of their employees every person was courteous, professional, and prompt in their replies. I work from home and they were also very conscious of my presence and worked around my meeting schedule to the best of their ability so that I was disrupted as little as possible.
Should I, or anyone I know, need work on their roof or siding in the future I will be sure to recommend Ontario Exteriors.

Did an excellent job! Showed up on time, installed the skylight in a timely fashion and followed up to put on the finishing touch(framing the skylight) and help clean up when done. Called ahead of time to advise as to arrival time.Very pleased with this company in all respects and would not hesitate to use them again.

I thought they were great. They did exactly what they said they were going to do, and we have had no problem with them at all. Their prices were right on target, and better than the competition.

We set up appointments with 7 roofing companies. Two did not show up for the appointment. Ontario Exteriors was in the middle as far as price. We liked the product GAF and were impressed with their representative. The estimate was specific and we could get a great warranty for the roof. The work started 10/1 and was completed 10/11. There were 2 bad weather days. Our roof is large with several dormers and took 7 days to complete. The crew was always on time. They dealt with bees and wasps while working. I felt so bad for them. I never heard one complaint. The foreman and crew answered any questions my husband and I had. Any concerns we had were addressed immediately and to our satisfaction. Our yard was cleaned up daily. A fabulous experience! We definitely recommend Ontario Exteriors to anyone needing a new roof.

They worked quickly and with good quality materials and service. The workers kept me informed of their progress and any issues that arose during their work. They explained everything. The lower grade for punctuality was a problem with the initial contact person who kept calling to delay our meeting times and then, after saying that he would be at my house in 10-15 minutes, he came 45 minutes later. I waited most of the afternoon, getting put off four times. Other than that person, everyone else was prompt and efficient. It was the second time I used them (previously to fix a leak caused by the wearing out of a sewer vent boot and to replace the rear roof over my deck). Both times, I have been very pleased with their workmanship and service.

A proposal was provided and after about a week I signed the contract . Two months later work was scheduled and completed in 4 hours. The quality of the materials and workmanship were excellent. The biggest problem encountered was there was no commitment on when the work would be completed other than by year end (not learned until after the contract was signed). After communication with the companies Operations Officer work was scheduled and completed.
I would use Ontario Exteriors again because of the quality of their materials and workmanship but would require a better commitment on schedule.

Their repair did not stop the leak. They said they would come out again, but never did. When I complained again they said there was no point to it, because a 13 year old skylight can't be made leak free.

The service they provided us was beyond abysmal. They not only put in a new roof but I got water leaks because of the roofing. Two rooms had just been painted. They did some extra work on the roof then. All of a sudden after they changed the roof and the vents I got squirrels in the attic. It took me two years to get rid of those squirrels. They never returned calls and they charged me for the work they did to fix the roof when it was leaking. I had a terrible experience with them. The workers who were up there were swearing a blue streak even though I had children in the yard. I had to ask them to please change the language. Nothing was good about them. It took me $2000 to repair the damage that they did. Because of the squirrels I had to have two exterminators. I have never had any problems until they changed the roof. They said I need to cut down all the trees. The first time I complained they did get somebody to help. After that they stopped answering my calls.

Excellent! Project planner Chris was extremely responsive, very helpful and answered several questions we had as new owners of the property. Crew was scheduled quickly and responded early on the scheduled day. Roofing was delivered within 15 minutes of arrival and work was finished in under three hours. I was able to inspect the area when opened and was satisfied with the findings and solution. Roofing was found that matched the existing roof and the area was left clean.

Ontario Exteriors is a professional organization all the way from the person who did the estimating to the crew. They did the work in two days with virtually no problems. Our property looked just as good after they left as before they came, and the roof is great.
