Phase I is already producing positive results by not only providing an alternative fuel from waste, but also provides heat for processing efficiency at Kline’s Services and reduces emissions. Kline’s Services expects that with the implementation of Phase II, electrical power will be produced from waste that will power Kline’s operation as well as provide 400kWh to be net metered. Other community and environmental benefits include the elimination of methane gas, a greenhouse gas that is 21 times more detrimental to the environment than carbon dioxide, and the reduction of odors.

The crew member (Joel)called and told me what time he thought he would arrive, and he was right on time (11:30pm). He was quick and efficient. He thought it was just a quick blockage and he would snake it out. Then he discovered rock and thought our pipe had collapsed ($$$). After using his camera, he discovered the vent pipe was separated from main drain line and needed to be repaired. (My heart started to beat again at that point because I am hopeful this is a less expensive repair than replacing an entire pipe six feet underground in a huge flowerbed.)
Joel explained how we could repair the vent ourselves, but digging down six feet and trying to repair it properly is something we will leave to the professionals. I don't want to have another emergency call due to my mistake.
I would highly recommend Kline's for emergency sewer clean-out. Quick response. Truck equipment was pretty quiet so I don't think we disturbed our neighbors. Joel answered all of our questions quickly and never got frustrated with all of them.
About 5 years ago we lost all water pressure from our well. We called several plumbers and Klines claimed they'd be out that afternoon. The serviceman was polite and thorough in testing the system. I helped him pull 300+ feet of tubing out of the well and he discovered a worn wire was the cause of the problem. It was quickly repaired and reinforced to keep it from happeneing again
It seems somehow pantyhose got into our line, and we had a back-up. I called Kline's because they are experts with drains and sewers and have been prompt and helpful in the past. They had suggested the laundry sink (to be installed by regular plumber) and corrected a roof vent problem in the past, and I knew we could get fast service from them.
Corby came out and snaked out, checked the house trap, the vents, pipes, etc. His work included running snake out 100 feet and resulted in snagging the pantyhose that was causing the problem. Now everything is clean and should be running fine. Corby was professional, put on foot covers, checked basement plumbing as well and was very courteous and friendly. The $165 price is for one hour of service and that is how long he spent at our house.
We have been very satisfied with Kline's work in the past; previously used a different plumbing company to solve our drain problems and it took three service calls and four plumbers to correct the problem. Then we switched to Kline's. The current clog had nothing to do with their previous work here at our house nor with the recent plumbing work by Paul Chase (whom we adore!); it was "user error," as they say. Guarantee no more pantyhose are going in our washing machine or anywhere near our laundry sink! Beware the pantyhose!
Even though the weather was bad and the holidays were approaching, they sent out a team within hours. They worked in difficult conditions. They replaced the pump. They always thoroughly explain what they are doing and why. They let you know how much it will be and they honor their estimate.
We have used them exclusively for the eight years we have lived in our old rural house. They are professionals and honest.
