"My husband and I were moving and looking searched online for a good moving company. We came across Zip to Zip Moving online and called for a rate. We spoke with someone and got a great rate. The morning of our move we were contacted by the movers to confirm the start time of our move. The movers were in time and very professional. Zip to Zip offers people a way to save money with selecting the item to move or not to move. We were also able to select the materials used during to move to save more money. We are so happy to have found Zip to Zip Moving. We would definitely use their services again."

"I have to give mixed ratings. The price is really high. The old location and new location only 20 minutes drive apart. I was charged for $100 travel fee, $350 for the truck. $100 for wrapping the dressers and desks (4 pieces in total were wrapped with plastics). $100 for dissembling and resembling. $100 per hour for 3 guys. For over time I was charged $125 per hour. The moving guys were on time, friendly, and working with a slow pace. They did treat furniture with care, dissembled almost every piece of furniture into small pieces (that's where it took a lot of time). When the furniture delivered by stores most of them came in as a whole piece, I even didn't know they can be dissembled like that. Overall no one was hurt and no furniture was damaged and we were moved. I paid about $1800 for the move. It's quite over my budget. Next time I will find a different moving company to see if the price will be as high as this one."

"Nothing was broken during the packing or the moving, but the company only sent two guys to do a large job. I had to continually point out things theyd left out of boxes when theyd finish; one room move on to another room things theyd just leave in a room while loading the truck. When I inquired about the time frame how things were needing to speed up, they mentioned several times that theyd just continue the job the next day, but we didnt have another day... we had to be out because we closed on the house the next morning! I had to call the main company twice and request extra help both days. It was such a long and excruciating two days. But everything arrived safely and in one piece."
