"This crew is a hard working dedicated group of men. They showed up on time, worked all day and did a fantastic job. I changed my mind on colors a couple of times during the process (before a huge surface was complete) and they immediately changed over to my new choice. I have all wood trim and a partial wood ceiling and beams, I had no idea that wood could be so unpredictable. They were patient with me, Yuri (owner) painted one section of trim with the color I chose, he recognized that the color I picked was probably too dark and stopped painting and asked my opinion. He was right, it was too dark and it was the color I had asked him to purchase. He then advised me about possible different colors that would provide the effect I was looking for. I picked a new color and it was exactly what I wanted. Later, after drying for a couple of days, I saw some flaws that surfaced (my dogs hair got stuck on one of the wood structures while the finish was drying). No questions asked, they came out the next day and fixed it at no extra cost. This company will give you an honest quote and finish the job way faster than anticipated. The only draw back is this: the first day they paint ALL the ceilings, so, if you can, get out of the house. Which for me, during this unusual C-19 time was impossible. But they were patient, understood when I removed plastic that they had to install to protect surfaces. They are super fast. I mean SUPER fast. Bottom line, having the whole interior of your home painted during C-19 is not ideal, but this company is. If you have further questions please do not hesitate to call me. "Adriano and his crew did a magnificent job power washing and restaining my house, and his carpenter (Diago?) did a fantastic job of replacing lots of rotten wood on my deck, fixing broken lattices, and shoring up the deck's attachment to a pillar. The house exterior and deck hadn't been stained or cleaned in such a long time, there was barely any old stain left, so they were working from scratch. They also left my property in immaculate condition. All this with much courtesy and good humor. They worked on our home like it was their own. I can't recommend them enough. "Vista started this job 9/17. From the beginning we were told by the salesman Eric and project manager Keith that the job would be finished to our satisfaction, all our concerns would be addressed. The roofing went well, we are pleased. The siding was a bigger job than they seemed prepared for. They removed wood siding and replaced rotten plywood. The siding looked fine except for an area in the front of our home which is vertically uneven. Holding a straight edge to the siding we have a one inch gap in the vertical level which was not properly prepared. Some our window frames are horrible. One of them has nails driven right in the center of the frame, others have gapping joints and one is wavy. They replaced our perfectly fine topped gutter with a 'top of the line' gutter which isn't topped so is now full of leaves. We live in the woods what were they thinking? At the signing of this contract our salesman Eric said he would do some porch screen framing and stain our new front door. He wanted payment of $600 stating this was his side job. After many, many phone calls, most being ignored, we have gotten no where. Brian Rudd finally came out and told us these problems would be corrected. Last we heard from him was 11/17. He emailed that the siding crew would be out that week to correct window trim. We never heard from or saw any of them again. They never installed the stove vent, stained the front door or corrected our siding issues. I've waited for spring thinking I would hear from them. Too bad, things started out well. Not a good company."
