Glen Gate CompanyI didn't realize that septic tanks had to be pumped. When toilet backed up I called Mike. He came the next (very cold) day, had to find the tank, worked like **** to break up years of sludge, pumped it out and didn't charge me extra for my stupidity. I'm a fan.
It went great even though the toilet had to be replaced due to parts no longer being available. Joshua came as soon as he was able and got the job done quickly. We didn't know any good plumbers in the area, and will now most definitely call on Joshua if and when the need arises.
