Nazar and his team are exceptional. After a massive flood caused the ceiling in my kitchen and foyer to collapse just a week into my tenant moving in, I was in a tough spot. This happened right after two months of extensive renovations, making it an especially stressful situation. I initially feared finding a contractor would be challenging since my previous one was out of the country. I came across NZ Contracting online and, despite usually seeking multiple quotes, was impressed by their overwhelming positive reviews. I decided to give them a try, and I’m so glad I did. Nazar and his team did outstanding work, completing the repairs quickly and efficiently. But what truly sets them apart is their exceptional customer service. During the stressful time of home repairs, all you want is peace of mind. Nazar provided that by being responsive even after business hours and offering support when we encountered another issue. After the initial repairs, our tenant reported that the ceiling was wet due to improper plumbing work done during the repair. Even though our insurance wouldn't cover the additional repair, Nazar stepped up and assured me his team would handle it. I highly recommend Nazar and his team not just for their top-notch craftsmanship, but also for their genuine care and commitment to their customers.

Working with Nazar and team at NZ Home Improvement was great! They were open to our ideas, communicated clearly throughout the whole process and the work is beautiful! When surprises came up (the problem with owning an old home!) they were quick to identify solutions and explain the cost/process moving forward. I cannot say enough about N.Z home improvement! This company did the most amazing gut renovation on my condo. I wanted a new kitchen, new bathroom, electrical, new hardwood floors, opening up doorways, complete painting. They tore it all down and built it back up to be something spectacular! My place is amazing now. Let’s face it, we’ve all heard horror stories about home renovations but I will tell you to look no further. This company, from the owner down to the workers are down to earth, friendly and reliable. Also best prices!!

Nazar and his team of experts were the best contractors we've ever worked with! They renovated a full bath for us and went above and beyond our expectations on every front ... quality of the work, timeline, cleanliness, consideration for us working from home, and clear communication. The quoted price didn't change, even though they found a few surprises in the walls with old plumbing etc. Nazar had a team with specific skills for every step of the job (plumbers, electricians, tilers, painters, carpenters, etc) and they completed the project perfectly. The job was quite beautifully done. I'm very pleased. The process itself was a learning experience for me as it has so many layers i.e. plans, drilling, framing, plumbing, inspections, electrical, carpentry, water testing, installation of accessories, etc The workers were quite punctual which was a great plus. Unheard of actually! The finished product is super detailed and neat including a stellar cleaning job of my basement and surrounding areas. They were extremely attentive and accommodating especially since I couldn't have a dumpster on premises! The workers bagged all the debris and carted it with minimal mess and obstruction to my property. The contractor did his best to be communicative and meet all the needs and demands, expected and unexpected. My new bathroom is beautiful! Highly recommend Nazar Contracting!!!!

We contacted Nazar and team for a fireplace remodeling project. They removed several mirrors, smoothed out the drywall where needed, and painted a fresh coat to finish the job. The team was quick and efficient, and Nazar was great at communicating. We will be coming back to their team for more projects in the future!
