All our projects were completed competently and on time. Communication was excellent. Work was efficiently done and areas left clean. Workers are nice people.

Nazar and his team were very friendly and efficient. We turned 3 existing closets into a completely new bathroom which included a new window. We also remodeled an existing bathroom and had 2 custom closets made. Nazar was very communicative and understood our needs. He looked for creative solutions when needed and we are very happy with the end product. We would certainly use him for our future renovations.

Nazar and his team are exceptional. After a massive flood caused the ceiling in my kitchen and foyer to collapse just a week into my tenant moving in, I was in a tough spot. This happened right after two months of extensive renovations, making it an especially stressful situation. I initially feared finding a contractor would be challenging since my previous one was out of the country. During the stressful time of home repairs, all you want is peace of mind. Nazar provided that by being responsive even after business hours and offering support when we encountered another issue. After the initial repairs, our tenant reported that the ceiling was wet due to improper plumbing work done during the repair. Even though our insurance wouldn't cover the additional repair, Nazar stepped up and assured me his team would handle it. I highly recommend Nazar and his team not just for their top-notch craftsmanship, but also for their genuine care and commitment to their customers.

I cannot say enough about N.Z home improvement! This company did the most amazing gut renovation on my condo. I wanted a new kitchen, new bathroom, electrical, new hardwood floors, opening up doorways, complete painting. They tore it all down and built it back up to be something spectacular! My place is amazing now. Let’s face it, we’ve all heard horror stories about home renovations but I will tell you to look no further. This company, from the owner down to the workers are down to earth, friendly and reliable. Also best prices!!

They renovated a full bath for us and went above and beyond our expectations on every front ... quality of the work, timeline, cleanliness, consideration for us working from home, and clear communication. The job was quite beautifully done. I'm very pleased. The process itself was a learning experience for me as it has so many layers i.e. plans, drilling, framing, plumbing, inspections, electrical, carpentry, water testing, installation of accessories, etc The workers were quite punctual which was a great plus. Unheard of actually! The finished product is super detailed and neat including a stellar cleaning job of my basement and surrounding areas. They were extremely attentive and accommodating especially since I couldn't have a dumpster on premises! The workers bagged all the debris and carted it with minimal mess and obstruction to my property. The contractor did his best to be communicative and meet all the needs and demands, expected and unexpected. My new bathroom is beautiful! Highly recommend Nazar Contracting!!!!
