I was suppossed to have 1 worker for 40 hours as per The Big Deal.
He talked me down to 2 workers for two days, No problem, it was not what I wanted but I did not want to argue. I bought the materials I needed and I waited. No one showed up. No one called. I called Chris and he has not responeded. People get excited when they see these Big Deals and honestly make a purchase. I expect people that make an agreement to be proffessional enough to follow through. And if they can not follow through for whatever reason then they should at least have the decency to call purchaser and let them know. The $1499.00 that I could have used for a real proffessional has been out of my bank account since April 1st, 2015.  The bank will hold onto it for another 7 days. I think Angies List needs to somehow make sure that contractors offering these "Big Deals",  are going to honor the agreement that is financially signed and binding. They should be barred from Angies List. That would show good customer service.

My husband primarily worked with them and he seemed to know what he was doing. I feel they could have been more professional.

The service worked out fine. They were timely and efficient. The interaction with them was fine and the work turned out excellent.

Didn’t provide room for the expansion and swelling of the wood. The saddles have buckled, the trimm work has swollen and couldn't close the doors.  Had to have another service provider come in and cut the doors to have the the doors to shut. The ceramic floor has cracked, it came up and split. I am expecting the service provider to return my call currently to fix everything.

They were prompt, professional. They did an excellent job! Would definitely use their services again. This service was one of Angie's Big Deals. We got more than our money's worth.

I hired this company to remodel my fireplace. First of all, their price is much higher than others we contacted. We decided to use him because he gave great promises and told us he had a lot experiences working on fireplace. Well, we found out he actually just went out and hired some random guys he knew! Those guys were totally unprofessional! They were using power cutters to cut the stone pieces on my lawn which left some big marks all over my lawn! After I told them to stop, they came back the next day cutting on my drive way... still no cutting table!!! What a joke! I spent more than $4000 for the labor + $800 for the material cost.

The work went fair .There were additional cost for supplies that I was told I would not be responsible for. Several times the workers arrived late without calling to say they would be late . Several times they left early, claiming to have MD Appts. I paid extra money for the bathroom caulking. Was told this is "the best, strongest". The work was done June 2012. The expensive. Caulking has been cracking since January 2014. Several attempts to contact the owner Chris since January. He finally made a visit March 10, promised to return to repair the caulking a week later and has not returned. My complaint with this provider is he does not keep his word. Says he is coming and does not show up, does not answer the cellular. This behavior is very unprofessional. I do not recommend this contractor .

The elctrician, was polite, personable, obviously skilled, and did all the work requested quickly and professionally.

Responded quickly.
Gave me drawings, but forgot to give me one. Said he would send it to me.  Never recieved it.  No, I did not use his designs in my kitchen remodel.  We changed the whole house layout.
He was very through and pleasant..
My only problem was he used to work for a contractor that I hired and he was on the project.  The contractor did not do a good job and we had to tell him that he was doing things wrong.   Was not impressed with THAT contractor.  Chris was an employee and had to follow what his contractor told him to do.  Not Chris's fault.
We did not have any work performed by Chris, but I'm sure he is very responsible.
The reason I would not use Chris is that I am having my entire house remodeled, not just the kitchen.

The initial work was performed promptly, however the electrician promised to return after some parts were ordered to complete the job and he never did, even after several phone calls.

They were good and did exactly what we needed.  They came on time and completed the work successfully.  They provide quality service.

We were very satisfied with the work done.  It took a little time, but it got done.  He did a good job!  He was very nice and does good quality work!  The price came in right where it was supposed to.

That project went really well and we're really happy with C&C. We hadn't used them before but after we did use Chris again. Not so much the electrician himself but I would recommend C&C Quality Home Improvements.

I asked them to do something else for me and they just never showed up again. If somebody says they're going to follow-up with me on something I'd like them to but this guy didn't, so I don't think I'd recommend them.
