"It went very well. They were the first and only plumbers to respond to the project. It was just before the 4th of July and the appointment was made for Tuesday the 6th. I was called that morning by them to see if they could come earlier because they had finish the job before me. I said yes and they arrived 20 min ahead of time. First thing that was done was examining what I had purchased. When that was okay the old toilet was removed. The flange needed to be replaced. I had figured that since the toilet was very loose on the floor. We discussed options and possible problems with each step. I was quoted a range of cost above the quote of project. It seemed very reasonable. When it was done the low numbers of both quotes were used and I was charged $529 which word for me. All trash was removed and the area was left very clean. "I am extremely happy with the work Plow & Property Projects did for me. Wes and his crew were all very easy to work with and did the job right the first time. Mainly, they replaced a shower stall I had that had a cracked floor and had leaked into the floor below it (damaging the ceiling). The new tiled shower they put in is amazing and I can’t even see where the ceiling damage was anymore after they fixed it. They also tackled some other things around the house that I’m glad to say will no longer bother me again! I highly recommend them and will go to them again for any future work I may want to do."

"Response to my query was immediate. Husband and wife team, Gisele and Amir, came out to the house and wrote down all the things I needed done around the house. The jobs were many and varied and ranged from replacing basement windows, to creating backing for my lower kitchen Lazy Susans (so things don't fall off in oblivion), to staining a deck railing, to repainting basement and outside concrete walls, to reglazing and caulking windows, to creating a trap door for the plumbing, to sealing off/covering some dangling electrical wires, to patching a hole in an inside wall, and more. I got a full 4-page written quote ahead of time and was satisfied with it so I had them begin work right away. I left the house for a few days to go on a business trip and when I came back ALL of it was done and everything was cleaned up. There was only 1 thing that needed a bit more work and Amir came back and did this as soon as we could get it arranged.
