"I contacted 14 contractors over the course of 2 and 1/2 years to replace and paint exterior trim that was causing leaking into our unit and the unit below. No one else would take the job due to the degree of difficulty. They had to do the work on the back of the building using 60 foot ladder and 50 foot on the front of the building in frigid weather during late December and early January. It was not cheap, but reasonable due to the conditions to take on the job. They not only replaced and painted all trim where necessary, but prepped and painted all the trim on the back of the building and some extra on the front at no extra charge. Very pleased."

"Response to my query was immediate. Husband and wife team, Gisele and Amir, came out to the house and wrote down all the things I needed done around the house. The jobs were many and varied and ranged from replacing basement windows, to creating backing for my lower kitchen Lazy Susans (so things don't fall off in oblivion), to staining a deck railing, to repainting basement and outside concrete walls, to reglazing and caulking windows, to creating a trap door for the plumbing, to sealing off/covering some dangling electrical wires, to patching a hole in an inside wall, and more. I got a full 4-page written quote ahead of time and was satisfied with it so I had them begin work right away. I left the house for a few days to go on a business trip and when I came back ALL of it was done and everything was cleaned up. There was only 1 thing that needed a bit more work and Amir came back and did this as soon as we could get it arranged. "Windows will take a few weeks to manufacture since they are being made for specific sizing. The windows are triple pane windows with argon gas in between each pane. We replaced 70-year-old windows, which were starting to rot. So glad that we replaced them. The windows are bit pricier than what you find in Home Depot, but quality is better."
